End of our Second Season

I can't believe it is already the end of our second season of USA Fit Gwinnett. It has been a really great season. We had (have) some really great members and made some great friendships along the way too! It is really a great thing to be a part of something so great. The transformations that people have been making, the goals that have been reached (and even surpassed), the friendships, the fun!

I feel like a proud parent when I see members hugging their coach at the end of season party saying things like "You are the best coach ever!". I feel so fortunate to have coaches who are so willing to give of themselves to help someone else! This program would be nothing without these wonderful coaches!

Our last run of the season will be the Peachtree Road Race, and I hope that everyone of my members has an incredible race and enjoys the benefits of having trained well all spring long for this!
